Michael C.F. Chan, AIA, the firm's founding principal, has over 35 years of experience in the practice of architecture, planning and interior design. He is a graduate of the University of Southern California, School of Architecture, and received his Master's Degree in Architecture from the Harvard University Graduate School of Design. He has been recognized for innovative planning and design, and has received numerous awards for projects, many of which have appeared in national and international publications including Progressive Architecture, Architectural Record, Architectural Digest, and Sunset Magazine. Michael C.F. Chan is a member of the American Institute of Architects, Los Angeles Chapter and was appointed by the Mayor of Los Angeles as one of the Cultural Affairs Commissioners for the City of Los Angeles. The Cultural Affairs Commission has the responsibility to review the quality of design of all projects located on property owned by the city of Los Angeles.

Jeffrey Hua Shen, prized Architectrural Designer, joined the firm as an Leading Designer and experienced Project Manager. Mr. Shen received his Master's Degree in Architecture from University of California at Berkeley and Bachelor's Degree in Architectuer from Tsinghua University in China. Before joining our firm, he worked on the "water cube" Beijing National Aquatics Center in 2008 Olympic as major contributor during design development phase. Mr. Shen has been a key Designer and Manager of various projects in our firm, including award wining Giant Pharmaceutical Camps and Chongming Island Villa in Shanghai, Seacliff House in San Francisco with wide spread coverage in major publications like Wall Street Journal, and the famous "La Belle Vie" Mansion House in Bel Air.
